About Sessions


Sessions are usually 60 minutes long. 





At the end of each session, the next appointment is scheduled and where possible, this would normally be at the same time and day of each week.  Weekly sessions are generally recommended at the outset and as therapy progresses, sessions may be held at longer intervals. The point of 'ending' will be considered and reviewed at different points in therapy.   There will always be the flexibility for the door to be left open for ad hoc sessions in the future if required.
